5. Delivery Issues

Order Shows "Delivered" but Not Received

If your order status shows "delivered" but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked as delivered early)

Delayed Delivery

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time:

  • Allow 2-3 extra days for potential delays
  • Contact us if delay exceeds 5 business days

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Additional Restrictions:

  • Remote or restricted areas


7. Delivery Address

Your Responsibility:

  • Provide accurate and complete delivery address
  • Include apartment/unit number if applicable
  • Provide working phone number for delivery contact

Address Changes:

  • Contact us immediately if you need to change the address
  • Changes may not be possible after order is shipped
  • Address correction fees may apply

Incorrect Address:

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you will be responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Re-shipping costs
  • Any additional fees incurred

8. Risk of Loss

When Risk Transfers to You:

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (when the package is handed to the shipping company).

This Means:

  • Once shipped, we are not liable for loss or damage during transit
  • You should contact the carrier for shipping-related issues
  • We will assist in filing claims with carriers when appropriate

Exception:

If delivery is delayed due to your breach (incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, etc.), risk passes at the date when delivery would have occurred.

10. Signature Requirements

Standard Delivery:

  • If no one is available, carrier will leave a notice

11. Order Packaging

13. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If you refuse delivery or the package is undeliverable:

  • Package will be returned to us
  • You will be charged for return shipping
  • Refund will be issued minus shipping costs
  • Original shipping fee is non-refundable
