Complete Return Timeline:

Day 1 - Delivery Date:
This is when you receive your order. The 14-day return window starts from this date.

Within 14 Days:
You must submit your return request within 14 days from the delivery date. After this period, returns will not be accepted (except for defective items).

1-2 Business Days:
After you submit your return request, we will review it and send you an approval or denial notification within 1-2 business days.

Within 7 Days After Approval:
Once your return is approved, you must ship your return package within 7 days. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Within 14 Business Days After We Receive Your Return:
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Approval Process
